I'm sure I looked a little weird today walking into Wal-Mart when it was 90 degrees outside and buying sweat pants...

not just any sweat pants... 

sweat pants with extra fuzz in side! (and three pairs of them too!) :)

My Alaska Fundraising

Fundraising for the Alaska trip is no piece of cake.. It is actually REALLY hard! I am so thankful for all of the people who have helped me! 

First, the non-event has helped me raise a lot of money. Each ticket is $10 and I have sold 11!

My birthday was this last April. I asked some of my friends to bring me money for Alaska instead of a gift. Through that, I earned about $60.

I asked my parents & grandparents to give me Alaska money for my birthday as well!  Through that, I earned about $250!

I am also going to try to start babysitting this summer to help pay back my parents. I love to babysit. It would be something I enjoy that would help me with my trip!

I am SO excited for my Alaska trip! I will keep you posted on more details!

Help me Raise Money for Alaska!

In order to raise money for the Alaska trip, my church is holding a NON-EVENT!  The event is scheduled for May 32^nd. The best part about the non-event is you don’t even have to live where I do to buy a ticket! Tickets are ten dollars. If you buy a ticket, you don’t have to dress up, you don’t have to eat banquet food, you don’t have to listen to a boring speaker, and you don’t even have to come! Tickets are 10 dollars. ABSOLUTELY ALL PROCEEDS GO TO MY ALASKA MISSION!
